First: Ready-made products You have the right to return or exchange any ready-made mirror within 7 days from the date of receipt, even if it did not suit you or you did not like it, without any specific reason. The mirror must be in its original condition and unused or undamaged. The customer bears the shipping costs for return or exchange unless there is: - An error in the order (such as sending a different model, color, or size). - Or a manufacturing defect in the mirror. In case of error or defect, the store bears all shipping and replacement costs. Second: Custom-made products At Myin Gallery, we offer a service to manufacture custom mirrors according to your request (color, size, design). Due to the nature of these specially made products, they can only be returned or exchanged in the following cases: - A visible manufacturing defect in the mirror. - Or a clear discrepancy from the agreed specifications (such as a different color or size from the order). If a defect or error is found: We bear all shipping and replacement or correction costs. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the mirror and send photos showing the problem. Exclusions not covered by the return and exchange policy: - Products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions. - Products that have been modified or altered by the customer after receipt. - Requests for return or exchange after the seven-day period from receipt.
